Similarities unite – differences incite.

Virginia Satir

Recognizing potential for conflict at an early stage can help to minimize emotional trauma and economic damage. In the case of existing conflicts, it is worth focusing on the opportunities to shape changes in perspectives, relationships and processes.

Mediation

Mediation & Conflict Managment

Mediation is a structured and voluntary process for reaching a lasting settlement to a conflict. ll the conflicting parties take part in the mediation process. I will support you in building successful relationships and creating long-term strategies for conflict resolution. I am also more than happy to work with experienced colleagues as part of a co-mediation process in order to broaden perspectives and supplement additional specialist expertise.
Even in conflict situations that have not yet escalated, there are elements of mediation that are very suitable for shaping solution processes efficiently and constructively. By providing the space to start a good conversation, I accompany you in your journey.

FOCUS:

Workplace discrimination

From personal experience, I have learned that workplace conflicts may be particularly painful. This is especially true when the conflict centers on aspects of diversity such as gender, race, ethnicity or other such factors.

Irrespective of the desired outcome – a successful work relationship, working out a dissolution agreement or a legal dispute – facilitation and mediation help find viable solutions.

I will support you not just with empathy but with my conflict resolution skills and expertise in employment law.
